CoolantReservoir at the cold-fill mark. Not leaking. Radiator cap seated — don't open hot.
Power steeringFluid in range. Hoses not cracked, not leaking, fittings tight.
Washer fluidReservoir has fluid. Lines not dry-rotted.
Belts & hosesBelts not frayed, not more than about 3/4 inch play. Hoses not bulged, not leaking.
Air compressorMounted solid, belts or gear drive OK, no broken ears, no loud air leak.
AlternatorMounted, wires tight, belt condition good.
Leaks / puddlesNo fresh oil, coolant, or fuel under the engine. No dripping onto the exhaust.
